My top 4 vegan Halloween recipes

I couldn’t bypass Halloween recipes this year.

Since it is one of my favorite period of the year and  I love to share amazing contents with you, I found some of my favorite Halloween recipes that are a “must” to cook during this 2016 halloween.

Of course those 4 recipes are vegan and cruelty free deserts and candies. You know me well. Feast your eyes.

Gluten free vegan mummy cookies

Halloween recipes

INGREDIENTS
Sugar cookies
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil, soft
1/3 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Frosting
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons vegan butter {Earth Balance}, softened or non-hydrogenated shortening
2-3 tablespoons So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
candy googly eyes or dairy free mini chocolate chips

Dark Chocolate Coconut Ghosts

Halloween recipes

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oat flour

6 pitted medjool dates

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup non-dairy milk

1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

COCONUT FROSTING

1/2 cup coconut milk powder

1 tbsp + 1 tsp water

1 tbsp powdered sugar

INGREDIENTS
You will need
A blender / food processor
A candy mold or ice cube tray
For the “white chocolate” coating
120ml (1/2 cup) coconut oil
75g (1/2 cup) cashew nuts
1 tbsp raw agave nectar or sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp raw almond milk or milk of choice
For the berry filling
30g (1/4 cup) goji berries
35g (1/4 cup) fresh blackberries (can be substituted with other berries)
30g (1/4 cup) cashew nuts
2 tbsp raw almond milk or milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon rice syrup
1 cup + ¾ cup (150g + 100g) vegan baking chocolate (or chocolate chips)
